Johannes Schlatow 44aefc8777 trace_buffer: fix out-of-bounds read 
The calculation in next() actually checked whether the current entry
fitted into the buffer, not if another one fitted.

Move repositories to 'repos/' subdirectory

README 

This directory contains include files of interfaces that are exported
by components to be used by other components. Each subdirectory corresponds
to the component exporting the interface.
