Stefan Kalkowski cf943dac65 hw: bootstrap into kernel

Put the initialization of the cpu cores, setup of page-tables, enabling of
MMU and caches into a separate component that is only used to bootstrap
the kernel resp. core.

This directory contains include files of interfaces that are exported
by components to be used by other components. Each subdirectory corresponds
to the component exporting the interface.
