Norman Feske 62d65d00e0 Remove signal-source headers from public API 
Those headers implement a platform-specific mechanism. They are never
used by components directly.

This patch also cleans up a few other remaining platform-specific
artifact such as the Fiasco.OC-specific assert.h.

This directory contains include files of interfaces that are exported
by components to be used by other components. Each subdirectory corresponds
to the component exporting the interface.
