Norman Feske 231ac187fe base: introduce Ram_allocator::try_alloc 
This patch replaces the 'Ram_allocator::alloc' RPC function by a
'try_alloc' function, which reflects errors as 'Attempt' return value
instead of an exception.

This directory contains include files of interfaces that are exported
by components to be used by other components. Each subdirectory corresponds
to the component exporting the interface.
