Johannes Schlatow c763890f04 trace_buffer: partition trace buffer 
Split the trace buffer into two partitions in order to prevent overwriting
of entries when the consumer is too slow. See file comment in buffer.h.

This directory contains include files of interfaces that are exported
by components to be used by other components. Each subdirectory corresponds
to the component exporting the interface.
