🗑️ Remove manual CodeQL workflow

- Removed .github/workflows/codeql.yml
- Code scanning must be enabled via GitHub UI
- Go to: Settings → Security → Code security and analysis → Code scanning → Set up
- GitHub will create the workflow automatically
