🔧 Update Redis Configuration in Docker Compose

✅ Changed Redis URL:
- Updated the Redis connection string in docker-compose.prod.yml to use the new shared Redis service.

✅ Removed Redis Dependency Check:
- Eliminated the health check dependency for the Redis service as it is no longer required.
