ci: route staging through traefik at testing.dk0.dev (#79)

Attach portfolio-app-dev to the edge network on every deploy and default the dev base URL to https://testing.dk0.dev. Route lives in the homelab repo (apps/doxx/traefik/portfolio-testing.yml).
